Everyone over in the United Kingdom has been watching patiently as A7X makes their way across the United States, but now it's their turn. Avenged Sevenfold is about to start their tour in the UK, so it's time to see what the UK fallen members can do!

Promo Package

I'm pretty sure the promo package you are asking about (the one with the t-shirt, guitar picks, etc.) was something that user had won for promoting a show.

Promo packages usually contain stickers and things like that for you to post around your area supporting an upcoming A7X show. You can send a message with your address, and they will send you the materials to promote a show. And no, you do not have to pay for the promo package.
