Need to know how to use your codes from the Avenged Sevenfold Ultimate Fan Package* promotion at Ticketmaster.com? If your ticket purchase included a one-year membership to avengedsevenfold.com and the new CD/MVI, you need to complete 2 steps to get your membership and CD.
*If you did not purchase the Ultimate Fan Package ticket bundle, but you want to know more about it, go to http://www.ticketmaster.com/artist/840047 for more details.
Here's what you need to do:
Step 1: You will get an e-mail from Ticketmaster with your CD code in it. Go to warnerbrosrecords.com/avengedpresale to redeem this code and get your CD. (If you bought the ticket bundle from Ticketmaster, but did NOT get a CD code e-mail within 5 days of your purchase, e-mail us at support@avengedsevenfold.com your purchase details. We will look into it for you.)
Your CD (and your laminate) will arrive about one week after the day you redeemed your CD code. If you redeemed by October 18, this means that you will get your CD on street date.
Step 2: AFTER you redeem your CD code (Step 1), you will get an e-mail with your Membership Code in it. This e-mail will arrive on or after October 28, because the club at avengedsevenfold.com is opening on the 30th. When you get your Membership code e-mail, go to avengedsevenfold.com to enter your code and fill out your membership profile.
Once you've completed Step 2, you're in for the entire year as a member of avengedsevenfold.com!

i still haven't gotten my package and my show is TONIGHT. kind of pointless fan club now if you ask me! i called the warner bros. customer service line and they told me they would replace my items and who even knows when that's going to be! i don't even know who to be mad at because the whole process was SO dumb with all the different codes to 50 different websites. i'm off to the show because at least i know the band won't upset me...

YOU CAN BRING YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE PACKAGE PURCHASE AND USE THAT AS YOUR FRONT OF THE LINE PASS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE.

Laminate Question
I boguht the Fan Club bundle with 4 tickets. So does that mean that me AND my other 3 friends can cut the line with me? Or is it only 1 cut per laminate?? I'm confused...

Unfortunately no...
Once you buy the tickets... that's it.
The only way you could would be if you check to see if it is still possible for you to buy the bundle for that show (some shows the offer is over) and then sell your tickets to someone and re-buy the tickets with the bundle attachment.
It sucks I know... unfortunately ticketmaster made all the rules.

UPDATE ON TICKETMASTER!!!!
So here's the deal...
CITY NOT ON TICKETMASTER ISSUE: This is a ticketmaster promotion... it is not run through the label or by their management company.
So if your venue didn't use ticketmaster... unfortunately you cannot purchase the package. It is exclusive to ticketmaster.
THE LAMINATE ISSUE: Laminates will be shipped out early to middle of next week... which means they WILL get to you by the tour dates. They decided to wait until later so that they would coincide with the release date.
If you do not, for some odd reason, get your laminates in time for California (as in like a day or two before the show) email support@avengedsevenfold.com and they will do their best to get everything figured out for you to get your laminate for the show.
PLEASE be patient with the laminates. Please do not email them next friday saying you didn't get your laminate. Give the snail mail some time. It takes 3 days to mail something by postage from California to Minneapolis... so if you live in say Florida it make take longer.

The tickets for the Tulsa, Oklahoma show arent for sale yet. I have to go to the venue website to get the tickets. If I purchase them from there I can't get the fan package. I went to the link you posted but I can't figure out how to get the package alone!^0^ Tiff ^0^

I fly to L.A. the 26th and I still have no word of my laminate or anything like that. Does this mean that even though I paid for the bundle the DAY it became available, I'm still going to miss out on my front of the line priveledges? And if so....who can I strangle?

I too ordered my fanclub bundle THE DAY that it came out as an offer. I have no word on my laminate either, and I e-mailed an e-mail address that was listed in the message that was sent to us with our code, but have not heard anything. This must have been at least 3 to 4 weeks ago. Are we going to have our laminate by the time the first show of the tour arrives? If not, who's jaw am I going to stab? Thanks. <3

so I bought three bundles...
I have the recipts and everything, but Ticketmaster only sent me one code, after like a month mind you, and to make a long story short, after they hung up on me, I went and bought two extra fanclub memberships for the other two people who were going to the show with me... is there anyway I can get reimbursed for the memberships or whatever? if not its no big deal....
